- Hotel transport and other costs added to the trip, in addition to proposed plan due to road blockage, snowfall, political unrest or landslide, Health reason, has to be paid on actual basis, by participants.

Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation up to 45 days before the departure date. (Booking amount is non-refundable.)
- 44 to 30 days before departure: 10% of the total trip cost + booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- 29 to 20 days before departure: 25% of the total trip cost + booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- 19 to 10 days before departure: 50% of the total trip cost + booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- 10 to 6 days before departure: 75% of the total trip cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- Within 6 days of departure: 100% of the total trip cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- No Show: No refund will be provided.
- The booking amount for all packages/trips is non-refundable.
- A Credit Note may be issued if the cancellation is made at least 3 days before departure, subject to the organization’s discretion.
Terms & Conditions:
- In case of government orders, harsh weather conditions, protests, landslides, or other unforeseen circumstances, the organization will try to provide the best possible alternate plan. However, no refund will be provided for canceled activities.
- If a trip/trek is canceled at the last moment due to natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances (rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.), a refund may be issued in the form of Travel Credit/Credit Note, valid for 365 days from the departure date.
- If a trek/trip cannot be completed due to natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances, no refund will be provided.
- Any additional expenses arising from natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances will be borne by the customer.
- The company shall not be liable for any extra costs incurred due to such situations.
- Cancellation policies may vary during peak seasons, festivals, long weekends, and for certain popular destinations.
- The organization reserves the right to modify itineraries, routes, or schedules due to operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances.
